Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership payments to FREEZME are final. Nothing renews automatically, so there is never a subscription to cancel — but once a term is bought, it is not refundable. Please read this before you pay.

Nothing renews automatically

A FREEZME membership is bought as a single term — one month, three months, or twelve months. When that term ends, it ends. We do not store a mandate against your card or bank account, and we will never charge you again without you choosing to buy another term.

This means there is nothing to cancel. If you don’t want to continue, simply don’t renew. Your membership runs to the end of the term you paid for, and then your account returns to a free one.

Memberships are non-refundable

Once a membership payment is made, it is not refunded. This applies whether the term is used or unused, and whether you change your mind after a week or after a day. There is no trial period and no cooling-off refund.

Member+ is delivered instantly and in full the moment payment succeeds — your account is upgraded within seconds and you can reply to your introductions straight away. Because the service is handed over immediately, we do not offer refunds on it.

We do not refund the unused remainder of a term. If you buy twelve months and stop using FREEZME after two, the remaining ten are not returned. Buying a shorter term first is the sensible way to try FREEZME without committing — one month is ₹499.

Accounts we remove. If we end a membership because of a breach of our Terms of Use — harassment, misrepresentation, or anything that makes FREEZME unsafe — no refund is given.

The one exception: charges that shouldn’t have happened

If you were charged twice for the same membership, or money left your account and no membership was activated, that money is returned to you in full. This is not a refund of a membership — it is returning money for something you were never sold.

We reconcile payments ourselves and will reach out if we spot it first. If you spot it first, tell us and we will return it.

Reporting an incorrect charge

Email support@freezme.in from the address on your account, with “Payment” in the subject. Tell us which payment you mean; the amount and rough date is enough for us to find it.

We acknowledge within 2 working days. Money returned for a duplicate or failed charge goes back to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID, or bank account you paid from — and reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. We cannot send it to a different account.

Prices and currency

All memberships are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay; there are no additional charges or handling fees on top of it.
