A complete description of what FREEZME sells, what a member receives, how it is delivered, and how we handle billing and safety.

Nature of business

FREEZME is a paid subscription matchmaking service. We introduce members to one carefully selected person each week and support the conversation that follows.

We are not a social network, a messaging platform, or a browsable dating directory. There is no public feed, no member directory, no search, and no way to contact a stranger. A member can only ever converse with someone we have deliberately introduced them to.

Free membership — ₹0

On joining, a member completes a guided intake covering what they are looking for, their city, and what matters to them. Identity is verified by phone or email one-time password before any matching takes place.

Each week, our matching engine selects one person for them. Free members can:

• Create a profile and complete verification
• Receive one curated introduction each week
• Read that introduction and see, in writing, why the two were matched

Free members cannot reply to an introduction.

Member+ — paid membership

Member+ unlocks the ability to reply and hold a conversation. It includes:

• Replying to every introduction you receive
• Continuing conversations for as long as both people want them
• Requesting to meet in person when a conversation is ready for it

Delivery

Entirely digital and immediate. On successful payment the member’s account is upgraded automatically and access begins within seconds. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery delay.

Billing

Nothing renews automatically, and we store no mandate. Each term is a one-time purchase. When it expires, access ends unless the member chooses to buy another term. We cannot charge a member without a fresh, explicit purchase.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive — no setup fees, no per-introduction charges, nothing added at checkout. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Use.

Safety and moderation

• Strictly 18+
• Identity verification is mandatory before any matching occurs
• The opening exchange of every new conversation is screened, with an escalation path for anything flagged
• Members can report or block at any point
• A named grievance route with a 48-hour acknowledgement commitment — see Contact
• No adult content is permitted or hosted
• Data handling is DPDP-compliant, and members can delete their data at any time — see Privacy
