How billing works
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything — there are no setup fees, no per-introduction charges, and nothing added at checkout.
Nothing renews automatically. You buy a term, and when it ends it ends. We do not store a mandate against your card or bank account and cannot charge you again without you choosing to buy another term. There is nothing to cancel — simply don’t renew.
Membership payments are final. Member+ is delivered instantly, so once a term is bought it is not refundable — used or unused. If you want to try FREEZME without committing, start with one month. The one exception is a duplicate or failed charge, which we return in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What you are paying for
FREEZME is a subscription matchmaking service. We introduce you to one person a week, chosen deliberately, with the reasons explained. There is no public feed, no grid of faces to browse, and no way to message strangers. The membership pays for the introductions and the conversations that follow — not for access to a directory of people.
